Driving

Turn into The Stanners which is a narrow lane. Continue until you see the sign for Holpeth House on the stone gatepost on the right hand side of the lane. Turn into the drive and park in the drive in front of the black wooden garage. You will see the sign for the Studio on the right. Follow the path around the end of the main house to the sliding door entrance for the studio. The Key will be in the box to the right of the door.

Rail

Stanners Studio is only a few minutes walk from Corbridge Station and you can find more details to and from Corbridge here.

Buses

Corbridge is also reasonably well served by buses - the Tyne Valley 10 stops closest to the studio but the others are a 5-10 minute walk.

AD122: A bus running along the route of Hadrian’s Wall and now operating all year round. It doesn’t serve Corbridge but you can join it at Hexham Bus Station or railway station. Run by Go North East. More information here.

Note: The bus stop on the north side of Main Street by The Angel Inn is for eastbound / Newcastle bound services. The bus stop on the south side across the road from The Angel Inn is for westbound / Hexham / Carlisle services.
